Quick Answers
We recommend booking gorilla trekking permits at least 6–12 months in advance, as they sell out quickly. For other safaris, 3–6 months is ideal to secure your preferred dates and camps.
Absolutely. We design family-friendly itineraries with age-appropriate activities. Note that gorilla trekking requires participants to be at least 15 years old per park regulations.
All our safaris include accommodation, meals, park fees, game drives, and a dedicated guide. International flights and travel insurance are not included but we can recommend trusted partners.
We offer flexible cancellation up to 60 days before departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 60 days are subject to our standard policy, which we'll outline clearly at the time of booking.
Yellow fever vaccination is required for entry to Rwanda, Uganda, and several other East African countries. We recommend consulting a travel health clinic 6–8 weeks before departure.
